We offer short and long term loan products to help finance projects, ranging from equipment purchases to facility acquisition. Our loan options include:

• Pre-construction and property acquisition loans
• Loans for renovations, expansions and equipment purchases
• Below market loans for health centers in qualifying economically distressed communities
• Bridge financing for projects with a committed funding source, such as New York State HEAL Grants or federal stimulus monies
